Meet The Founder
The truth is, every step of my journey has led me to this moment—creating a space where people feel confident, cared for, and completely themselves.
My love for skincare started early. At 15, I landed my first job in the beauty department of a local drugstore. I was the girl in the skincare aisle, reading labels, comparing ingredients, and dreaming about how products could transform more than just skin—they could change how someone felt.
By 22, I moved to Los Angeles chasing big dreams and even bigger opportunities. One day, while driving through the city and dealing with relentless acne, I passed a beauty school. Something clicked. That same week, I enrolled, determined to become the kind of esthetician people trusted not just for their results, but for their care.
After graduation, I worked in dermatology under a phenomenal doctor and nurse who introduced me to injectables. That experience sparked a new obsession: combining artistry with evidence-based medicine. I went back to school, became a nurse practitioner, and ultimately found my forever home in Arizona.
In 2021, I founded Skyler Soares Skin Clinic, built on passion, integrity, and the belief that great skin should look effortless. Today, I lead a growing team, mentor new injectors and estheticians, and continue hands-on work with my clients to help them achieve their most natural, elevated results.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll find me taking Pilates, exploring new places with my fiancé and our dog Charles, or trying every new restaurant I can. Thank you for being here. I’m truly honored to be part of your skin journey.
Meet Our Team
Alyssandra Dimmick BSN, RN
Hi, I’m Alyssandra, but my friends, family, and you can call me Saunge. I have called Arizona home for many years and earned my Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and Psychology from the University of Arizona before going on to complete my Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
In addition to my passion for skincare and aesthetics, I am a pediatric oncology nurse at Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Working in pediatrics has shaped my belief that everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin and that care should always be thoughtful and individualized.
At Skyler Soares Skin Clinic, I specialize in laser treatments and comprehensive skin health. I was trained by Medical Director and close friend, Skyler Soares, FNP-C, whose passion for aesthetics inspired me to expand into this field. I have learned that every patient is unique and am dedicated to creating personalized treatment plans rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.
I am committed to staying at the forefront of aesthetic science and technology and regularly participate in continuing education to ensure the best possible patient experience.
When I am not at the hospital or in the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my family and am a proud mom of two boys.

Samantha Ciriello BSN, RN
Hi, I’m Samantha consider me your skin’s newfound confidante. As many natives would proudly say, I was born and bred under the sun! In May of 2022, I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Taking it back to the beginning, I first met Skyler as a potential client during nursing school. Skyler’s honesty, authenticity, and passion for natural results are what drove me to feel confident seeking treatment from her. In addition to seeking her work, I was eager to dive deep into her world – the wonderful world of aesthetics. Fast forward 3 years to post-licensure; Skyler was the first individual who taught me how to wield a needle, and I’ve stuck to her like glue ever since.
Within my experience injecting thus far, I’ve taken away many lessons. This role has, most importantly, brought me the opportunity to be a part of someone’s self-love journey. My one true goal as an injector will always be to brighten your glow, boost your confidence, and empower your individuality. I am a lifelong learner, and I sure do love a challenge! With that being said, I remain committed to developing and perfecting my artistry, as well as my patient experience.
Outside of the skin clinic, you’ll most likely find me enjoying the simpler things in life – strolling the farmers’ market or a festival with an iced coffee in hand or at home snuggling next to my fur baby, Saint, with homemade pasta and a glass of pinot! I cannot wait to be an entrusted part of your self-love journey.
Kayla Walters BSN, RN
Hi there! I’m a proud Arizona native, aesthetic injector, and mama to our sweet rainbow baby boy, the greatest gift after a long journey through infertility. I’m also lucky to be married to my high school sweetheart, and we cherish every moment together outdoors and with family.
After earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University in 2017, I discovered my true passion in aesthetic medicine. In 2020, I began advanced training in injectables under the incredible Skyler Soares, someone I’ve looked up to for years. Today, I’m beyond honored to be part of her team, helping clients feel confident, refreshed, and naturally beautiful.
My approach to aesthetics is all about balance, personalization, and skin health. Whether it’s enhancing features or restoring youthful volume, my goal is always to highlight what makes you uniquely radiant.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m shaping the next generation of nurses as a nursing school instructor, a role I hold close to my heart.

Dee Clinton LE, CLT
Hi, I’m D’anna, but most people know me as Dee. I was born and raised in Minnesota and later made Arizona home, a move that truly changed my life.
Meeting Skyler marked a turning point in my career. She became my mentor, and over time I have grown into her right-hand support within the clinic. I am a licensed Aesthetician and licensed Laser Technician, and I have had the privilege of learning directly under Skyler’s guidance. Every skill I bring into the treatment room has been shaped by her standards, education, and passion for skin health.
At Skyler Soares Skin Clinic, I specialize in laser treatments and comprehensive skin health, in addition to dermaplaning, DiamondGlow facials, and lash lifts and tints. I work closely with patients to deliver thoughtful, results-driven care and often assist Skyler clinically when I am not treating patients myself.
I am currently pursuing my nursing degree and remain deeply committed to continuing my education so I can provide the highest level of care as I grow within this field.
Within the clinic, I am often the go-to person for just about everything. If I do not have the answer, I will find it. My patients mean everything to me, and I am so grateful for the trust they place in my care.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with my dog, Sonny.

Jihan Dazaya LE, CLT
Hello, my name is Jihan, but all my family and friends call me Gigi. i’m an aesthetician and certificate Laser technician with a strong interest in skin care and skin health.
My passions are corrective and transformative skincare, client relationships, and product formulations. I believes skincare is an important part of self-care and i am committed to creating a comfortable, supportive experience where clients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their skin. when I’m not working, you’ll find me working out, hiking, traveling, spending quality time with friends & family.

Sarah Hagen LE
Hi, I’m Sarah! I’m a licensed esthetician with a genuine love for skincare and skin health. I enjoy helping clients feel confident, comfortable, and truly taken care of through personalized treatments in a relaxed, welcoming environment. I believe skincare should feel both effective and enjoyable.
When I’m not working, I love practicing ballet, spending time with animals, especially my sweet poodle Phillip and being anywhere tropical. I can’t wait to help you feel your best!
Kayla Soares MA
With 18+ years in the medical industry, Kayla brings extensive experience and a genuine love for patient care to our practice. After moving from California to Arizona, she quickly became known for her steady, supportive approach and ability to help patients feel at ease. Kayla is detail-oriented, dependable, and always focused on making sure every appointment runs smoothly.
