Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING COST
- We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $200
- All domestic orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $10
- International shipping is not currently available.

3. TRACKING
- A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package
- Skyler Soares Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Clinic Policy
1. RETURNS
- Due to the nature of the products and packages being sold, we are unable to process refunds for any in office or online packages/products. All sales are final.
- Any online purchases made via email, square, online, social media or any other platform are non-refundable and can not be combined with any other offers or promotions
2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact hello@skylersoares.com within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.
3. ALLE POINTS
- Please contact the clinic to be issued Alle points for qualifying skincare purchases!
In-Store Pickup Policy
1. IN-STORE PICKUP
- Skyler Soares Skin Clinic offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded.
Gift Card Policy
1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
- Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable for in office purchases. Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
- Other restrictions could apply.
Cancellation Policy
- As a courtesy to our customers and providers, patients are to provide a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. You will be charged a $150 cancellation fee for standard appointments or the FULL cost of treatment for appointments over a 1 hour booking, if an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance or if there is a no-show. Same day cancellation two or more times will result in termination from the clinic.

8. New Patient Consultation Credit Policy
We’re excited to offer all new patients a $100 consultation credit as a warm welcome to Skyler Soares Skin Clinic. This credit is redeemable toward in-office services and is designed to support your personalized treatment journey.
To maintain fairness and clarity, the following guidelines apply:
- The $100 credit is valid only toward in-office services (not applicable to retail products).
- A minimum service purchase of $500 is required to redeem the credit.

It may be applied toward prepaid packages or services discussed and planned during your consultation.
- Credit is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- One-time use per patient; applies to first-time clients only.
We reserve the right to adjust or discontinue this offer at any time.
