Shipping Policy
1. SHIPPING COST
- We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $200
- All domestic orders under $200 ship for a flat rate of $10
- International shipping is not currently available.
2. SHIPPING TIME
- All orders are processed within 24 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. United States orders are shipped through USPS or FedEx and take 1-4 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation.

3. TRACKING
- A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or FedEx scanning in your package
- Skyler Soares Skin Clinic is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

1. RETURNS
- Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final.
- Any online purchases made via email, square, online, social media or any other platform are non-refundable and can not be combined with any other offers or promotions
2. BROKEN & DAMAGED ITEMS
- If you open a broken or damaged product, please contact [email protected] within 15 days of receipt. Include images of the damaged item for reimbursement purposes and your exchange will be processed immediately.

- Please contact the clinic to be issued Alle points for qualifying skincare purchases!
In-Store Pickup Policy
1. IN-STORE PICKUP
- Skyler Soares Skin Clinic offers in-store pick up, usually ready within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order. You must pick up your order within 7 business days or it will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Gift Card Policy
1. DIGITAL GIFT CARDS
- Digital Gift Cards are only redeemable for in office purchases. Card cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Card will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
